An amazing small tool
This USB drive came with a small metal box filled with plastic foam. The drive is well protected. This little tool is quite amazing beyond my expectations. I thought this flash drive could be used either on Apple products or on Windows products, but not at the same time. I was wrong. I took the drive out, no format needed, plugged right into my XP box (yes, you are right, I still have a dinosaur PC), and it worked. I was able to copy an mp4 file from PC to the flash drive. The I removed the drive, plugged into my iPad. My iPad directed me to App store to download something called Storage Space. After Storage Space got installed, I was able to see the file in the flash drive and play the movie on my iPad. An amazing small tool. Strongly recommended.

The whole design of this product is very exquisite. Scan the qr code, download the app, and successfully expand our iphone's capacity.

Garbage
The APP you have to download to use it with apple products is complete garbage. There are NO instructions, the app developers site is all in Chinese. Will not let me transfer files from my apple products to flash drive. Cannot transfer files from apple products (via lightening plug) to flash drive. Garbage accompanying app that you have to use. This flash drive is only good to use as a standard flash drive, NOT with apple products.

Didn't work for me
Very disappointing. Kept crashing after loading some pictures from my pc with the intent of then adding to my ipad/iphone. After trying to do it numerous times i gave up and returned it. Not sure if the device I received was defective or not.

Comes with zero english instructions and cannot get it to function.

Bad quality
Very disappointed. I received it months ago, was in the moving process so didn’t have time to review it just till recently. Instructions were not in English, the app didn’t work at all. Not worth the money.
