The time me timer is perfect for anyone who trains and like their rest periods between sets to be accurate. There are areas in my gym where you can't see a clock and setting timers on phone is long so this simple solution works well

I just love it, I love to workout without worrying about counting reps or time, so I can concentrate on every single rep execution, however the only improve it had to be done , is the clip, it is not strong at all, and I lost it in 2 days , because it doesn’t grip very strong, however I love it and I just order 2 more, i might find a way to secure it better.
