Bio-Bag Filter Cartridges Medium,12-Pack, New!!!

This is my second purchase of this product from this company. I had previously purchased through Walmart and the cost was higher. Now I get these in bulk and they work as well as the preassembled ones. I do put the green casing in the white pocket before adding the charcoal. I then place the charcoal into the package and move it around. Don't forget to rinse before putting in the tank. This comes to my door and it makes life easier.

These work great but you have to put the bags together yourself. It isn't hard but if your one of those people who just don't want to deal with putting things together then don't get this bundle box.

Did not realize that these were unassembled. The same product is half the price through amazon. I chose not to buy those because I did not want to assemble them. It is not the assembly that will be the problem, but taking APART the used ones each time.

Good deal, I did not know that I had to assemble it though and that the frame is reusable. It’s OK, helps the environment with less trash and not as pricey as the ones that are ready to use. It’s actually a great idea!

Great price! Got 12 for around $10 which is way better than the tetra filters that came in 3 pre-assembled filters for $5. You assemble them yourself but it’s easy as can be. I had to reuse one of the plastic holdings from an old filter as this box only came with one and my filter requires two. Overall I will be buying theses from now on!

I found that I need to add more carbon than the amount provided in the silver packets in order for the filters to be effective. Also, this time the price was higher than I paid when buying the smaller box of filters and I didn't notice it when ordering. I will really watch the price the next time I need filters.

I am so glad i found these filter refill, now i am able to put in my own charcoal bio media, since i buy it in bulk. Easy to assemble, saves me money. Fits in the large aqua rock filter.
