Initially, I was going to order a $65 endoscope from a major brand name store; Very happy that I didn't. I always refer to Amazon to read reviews before I purchase anything, and then I found this product. I thought for this price, I'll try it out. When I got the pkg, I went to download the app to my phone and saw a lot of bad reviews - saying that the app didn't work. Could be that those issues only applied to the first version of the app (or users' errors), but I installed the Updated App (CameraFi2), followed instructions, and it worked perfectly on my Samsung Note 4. Took less than 4 min. to install. I plugged it in, and it turned on and works great! I went around the house, sticking the camera into holes and small dark spaces. "Drains to drywall" - I'm open for business! Not really... but I could! :-) Definitely worth the price!! Signed - A Highly Skeptical Person.

The camera came in perfect working order. The image quality is surprisingly good for something so small. The only complaint is my phone runs usb-c so I had to find an old phone to test it on. Also hooked up to laptop and it worked great. Using to take pics in aquarium, so the water proofing is very useful.
