Adolph'sOriginal Meat Marinade (pack of 4)

I use this product all the time to tenderize steaks & lamb chops& I usually leave the meat in the marinade overnight & even for a couple of days. Using a fork, I'll also prick the meat upon flipping it over in the marinade to insure the marinade gets down into the meat. Most of the rib-eyes I marinade become so tender they can be cut with a fork!! I have also Marinated extra steaks & vacuume packed them & stored in freezer in the marinade for later use. They come out EXCELLENT!!!!!

The price rising is my only contention. It's a powder, folks. Should be $0.99 a packet. Tops.

I can no longer find this marinade locally. So happy to find it on Amazon. I use this to marinate London broil all summer long!

Works fast; is my very favorite marinade for enhancing less expensive cits of beef. Great on the grill!

Adolph's is the best meat tenderizer I have ever found for all kinds of meat. I haven't been able to get it locally for the last 15 years and am so glad I found on Amazon.
