Very effective below-fence protection against Houdini dogs!
We were tearing our hair out with how to keep our digger dogs in our yard. Got out a half-dozen times. No more! Top quality materials! Sturdy! Tip: place a 2x4 along the top of the fence piece and hammer back and forth (like you close a paint can), getting it in the ground little by little. If you hammer without a board and a tine hits a rock underground, it breaks right off the fence piece. Then it sticks up above the piece, and does nothing but become an impaling risk. If you hit a rock using the wood, the whole piece won’t go down until you dig the rock out. But at least you didn’t break it.

Barrier that Works
We have wrought iron fencing surrounding the entire back of our property. Unfortunately, due to erosion there are gaps underneath the edge of the fence. That means our pup (and other animals) have the ability to get in and out easily under the fence. So I looked for something to block the gap, would look good, be sturdy, and have a good weight. Although I had a bit of an issue lifting the box upon arrival, individually each section isn't hard to use or lift. This works to stop those gaps, blends in well enough with the existing fencing and decent value. Haven't had them that long to speak to the longevity, but will say that they certainly seem sturdy enough to go the distance despite the Texas weather. It's with this in mind that I wouldn't hesitate to get more should there be a need. I can recommend this item.

Helpful Lower Fence Barrier
I ordered two boxes of 15 so far, with three more on the way. They cut to size easily with a jig saw and a metal blade, however once cut the weld closest to the cut failed often. Out of 30 pieces, I completely lost 4 that could not handle the force of pounding required to get them down into the ground all the way due to hard clay and vines deep in the ground. Four others separated due to pounding at the top rails. These are effective to stop digging, however I would like to see a larger top section for fastening to the fence. These are still a good option for reinforcing a bottom fence line due to how deep the rods go into the ground. The price point is ridiculous, but I needed a solution. I did use a mallet and when I could I placed a 2x4 across the top so I could hammer it in evenly.

Works great and did not break!
These worked great to block the gaps in the bottom of our fence. We also used landscape cloth and topsoil against the fencing to build up low areas to prevent digging. If you follow the directions about removing rocks and hard items you encounter, you won’t break the welds in the product. Ordering another package to finish our dogies play area.

Not a durable or well made product -- BEWARE -- Update with seller interaction and resolution
Update 03/15/24 - Full refund received after the seller, Adavin, got involved nearly two months later. Received a note from Adavin out of the blue asking if my issues had been resolved and I informed them of the runaround that Amazon had given when trying to refund the whole order. Less than a day later, I was informed that the remaining amount had been refunded from my original order. A quick check with my credit card confirmed this. Overall, I am very pleased with Adavin's help in resolving this issue, even though it took so long. I do not fault Adavin for this as Amazon is clearly the issue in this situation. Adavin did point me to other products that would likely be more durable given my little 20lb dog's relentless digging efforts. I don't have the money for the more expensive options, and actually have moved on to another solution since my dog continued to dig out. This product would serve as a good and inexpensive fencing solution otherwise. Thanks Adavin for resolving this!I ordered three packs of these, going for least cost per foot to help keep or dog from digging under our fence. Main issues out of the box: 1. these are NOT sturdy or durable. They are easy to install and lock together, but they bend very easily. 2. Solder/weld joints are easily broken. While digging, our dog was able to bend the legs and then eventually break the weld points off and then just squeeze through the opening created by the loose leg.Cosmetically, these look great and do serve a purpose, just not to block a serious digger (escape artist) trying to make it out of a fence. Scratch this solution.

Perfect for doggie escape artists
We have 2 beagle mixes who have a big prey drive. We also have an older split rail fence that has gaps at the bottom. Finally, we have a rabbit problem. The rabbits were digging holes around the fence and it was enough for the dogs to slip through as well. These work perfectly for fixing the places where the fence is destroyed (or rusted away) and keeping the rabbits from making it worse!

Does the trick
My 7 pound yorkie was fascinated with what could be on the other side of the fence. I was nervous she was going to burrow her way under and then we would have trouble getting her. These barriers easily slide into the ground and keep her nice and safe on our side of the fence.
