When I first removed the pillow from its box I really wasn't sure it could provide the neck support I need. I left it for 24 hours and was surprised at how plump it became, but it seemed way too soft. I was very pleasantly surprised with its comfort/level of support when I first used it.I have been trying to find a good pillow for months now. The last two I purchased deflated after less than a months use. This pillow is without a doubt the most comfortable pillow I have ever had. It is really soft, whilst also providing plenty of neck support. I believe someone has already stated that it's like sleeping on a cloud.Unfortunately for me, even though I put this pillow into a padded pillow protector and a pillowcase something in it caused me to have an allergic reaction. I tried the pillow three times to be sure, as it was so comfortable. But each time it caused facial swelling, which is life-threatening if the reaction is serious enough to cause the tongue to swell, so I had no choice but to return the pillow.I would still recommend this pillow.

I bought these for guest bedroom, but as I took a feel of them and got them out to just try, my husband has been  refusing to let these go. The resons being:* They are extremely soft in feel but appropriate firm on neck* The covers are very good quality, and very soft and has silk like texture.* The quilted design is very big plus for me.* These are machine washable and can be tumble or sun dried.* they ahve a nice breathable feel to them.It is a good buy and can be even used with children because of their soft and smooth texture and finish. I would definitely recommend this product

Ordered these after ordering our mattress for our new house. A pair of these soft pillows are amazing and while they are soft they retains the shape. It is good value for money as I have had either very soft or very hard pillows or the ones that don’t last longer. These are also machine washable - not that I have tried yet. Our guests liked it have ordered a pair too.

I used to have really cheap ones which obviously won't last long. After having this neck pain, I started to research on good quality ones but won't cost a fortune. I'm glad that I found this, it's so soft and comfortable. The nights I was using this pillow, it puts me to deep sleep so easily, waking up next day truly refreshed without throbbing pain on neck. It's worth the price in my opinion, love it.

Das Kissen wird vakuumverpackt geliefert. Ich musste es jedoch nur einmal gut aufschütteln und schon war es einsatzbereit. Es scheint gut verarbeitet zu sein, dahingehend war ich positiv überrascht. Lediglich die Füllmenge war mir persönlich viel zu gering. Optisch und vor allem nach dem aufschütteln wirkte es zwar recht normal befüllt, jedoch gibt die Wattefüllung wirklich extrem nach sobald man sich mit dem Kopf drauflegt. Daraufhin habe ich nochmal 1kg Füllwatte bei Amazon bestellt (bekommt man schon für ca. 10€) und das Kissen damit aufgefüllt. An der Seite befindet sich dafür ein Reißverschluss.(Obwohl das Kissen nun sehr prall gefüllt ist benötigte ich nichtmal die Hälfte der 1kg Füllwatte, es reicht also auch weniger zu kaufen.)Jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden und habe die erste Nacht wie ein Baby auf dem Kissen geschlafen.
