Love this remote!
It works immediately after putting it batteries. There’s literally no set up it’s awesome. Just pop some batteries in there press the home button and your Xbox starts right up. I don’t know about anyone else’s, but mine in particular registers most button presses. Every now and again I have to click it just one more time for it to register, but for the price? I’m not complaining. It feels durable enough. It’s just plastic what do you expect?. I’ve had it for over a month and the batteries are still good. This is because the controller goes to sleep if you’re not pressing anything. It’s a nice size for your hand and matches other controller sizes, it looks like Xbox made it. The backlight display is what I love the most. I can’t stand remotes that don’t light up when you touch them. This one detects any movement and lights up immediately.Overall, the value of what you’re getting for the price you’re paying is great and I’ve recommended it to my friends.

Media Remote Control
The media could not be loaded. Because of its small size, it can be held in the palm of my hand without any discomfort, and the arrangement of its buttons has been thoughtfully considered, which enables me to go among its many features with relative ease. During strenuous gaming sessions, the rubberized texture on the back provides an additional level of grip, which helps to minimize unintentional slides. Not only does the color black go well with the rest of my console's design, but it also lends it an air of refined sophistication. Now that I have this remote, I have complete command over all of the programs I use for media and leisure. The remote makes it easy to navigate via the Xbox interface, allowing me to access all of my preferred music applications in addition to streaming sites such as Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. Because the buttons are so responsive, I can quickly navigate and utilize the play/pause capability without having to reach for the controller. This makes it possible for me to transition between gaming and entertainment without having to do so. It is impossible to stress how helpful it is to have individual buttons for each of the most important tasks. The OneGuide button, in particular, has quickly become my favorite since it gives me rapid access to my TV listings as well as the channels I subscribe to, giving me the impression that I am holding a whole entertainment center in the palm of my hand. In addition, pressing Back and View simultaneously enables seamless multitasking, which improves the overall effectiveness of both my gaming and video consumption experiences.

A little too sleek
I recently got the Xbox One remote, and while there are some positives, it does come with a few frustrations. What I like:No setup required: As soon as I got the remote, it worked straight out of the box. No hassle, no need to pair or configure anything.Simple controls: The layout is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through menus and control media. What I don't like:Too sleek: The remote is so sleek that it's actually hard to hold onto. It slips out of my hand far too easily.Difficult buttons: The up and down buttons are a real pain. Due to the high beveled back, it's hard to press them without the remote flipping out of my hand. I find myself needing to use both hands just to press those buttons, which is pretty inconvenient.Overall:While the remote is sleek and simple to use, the design flaws, especially with handling, make it hard to enjoy without constant frustration. That said, if you prioritize easy setup and minimal controls, it still serves its purpose well.

Great Xbox media remote
Perfect media remote. Feels well built and sturdy, motion activated lighting works perfectly, works even if not pointed at it. My only complaint which is very minor is the Xbox logo home button is a rubber rounded sticker which you can either use white or black logo, I think a built in button logo would have been 10/10 but its still a solid 9.5 out of 10. Well worth it

Works well and good quality
No issues with this XBox remote on my XBox One (original). It seems durable and high quality. Easy to use and batteries last a couple months (I use rechargeable AAA batteries in it - not included).

It's okay...
Like a lot of Xbox Series X owners, I needed a media remote for movies. This is one of those that I can settle with but it's just okay. The remote works as intended, but the buttons feel squishy. It's not firm clicky like I'd expect which makes the input presses feel somewhat vague. It worked out of the box, no need for any setup, I'd give it a higher rating if the housing hadn't been coming apart when I opened the box and first held it in hand. Overall quality again is OKAY. Something I'd buy from a Dollar General store or a Big Lots. But it's not super nice nor does it feel like it's high quality (which I kind of knew making the purchase). It gets the job done and that's enough for my need.

Customer Service was Outstanding!
My original controller did not work as due to an apparent malfunction in the device . I reached out to the seller through the warranty process and they sent, and I received the replacement, within 4 days of my request. This replacement works and the customer service was outstanding!

It works but could be better
The directional buttons are just a bad design. It's one giant gummy button with no clear dividers underneath it so the arrow you try and select is often missed and nothing happens. Can be annoying. Also there is a slight delay sometimes that can cause you to press the button more to get response or sit there and wait for something to happen and never does.Other than that, works right out box, good range and pretty solid build (not fragile) despite complaints. Buy it if it's on sale, but wouldn't hurt to look for better option.
