Very impressive
I bought the chair for use at my desk! I love it! Very sturdy and comfortable! Easy to get in and out of!! Positively love it!! Would totally recommend it

No Hardware included
Though it is sturdy and will work well with my desk, this chair came unassembled with no hardware to attach the back to the metal frame. Thankfully I had screws that worked but for $70 they could have put some hardware in the box.

Pre drilled holes
Chair back was not pre drilled. So I will have to pay someone else to drill the holes in the back of the chair

Not Fully Assembled and No Guide
Chair back is not attached to frame and it has no guide holes drilled. Not an easy install. Less expensive chair came fully assembled so there was no reason for this one to require customer t finish assembling it for them.

Where were the hardware to attach the backs to the chairs. Also no instructions or invoice included!
I would have liked to have the chair hardware and instructions included with the chairs. No invoice was provided either. This is no way to do business. Chairs still cannot be assembled.
