Q: How to cancel my return

Use the returns & orders next to your tab that says Hello, "your name" ! Right to the right of that. You will go through the history and print a return label. When you print it, just take it to the closest UPS store and they will send it through for you and if you need it, they will help you box it also. They just scan the item when it comes in and then they send it out for you! So simple! So easy and the money goes right back into your amazon account

Q: The “fly” rolling function stopped working. Is there any warranty or replacement parts?

You don’t need replacement parts. Mine stopped, too. I opened it up (7 screws outside, don’t remove any wheels or the battery screw). Inside there are a bunch of wires; ignore those. Just go to the front of the plane where the motor is. There are 6 screws. Take those off to reveal the gears inside. The problem is likely just that one of the gears was knocked loose, so you just have to realign them. I made sure it worked before screwing the motor back in and again before screwing the top back on. Also, even though it says you can push any button to begin, only the red button makes it work on mine. Used to be the yellow, but it switched at some point, so make sure you try other buttons if this has been the case for you. Hope this helps!

Q: How to get airplane to fly??

This airplane doesn't fly but it does roll around on the floor and as it bumps into stuff it senses it and goes the other way, so it is kinda like the movement of a Roomba vacuum cleaner if that makes any sense.. it's of high quality and a wonderful toy!
