I have a few of these because I use them so frequently. Great quality and size, and the rubber tips at the end keep it steady on my cutting board. This was a replacement for one I've had for several years because the rubber grip started tearing from wear. That would be expected because it gets used several times a week.

If you’re in the market for a ridiculously great zester, this is seriously the one to get. I’ve tried quite a number of different styles over the years but none so easy as this one. It comes with a nice plastic sleeve to keep it protected, which is nice. Don’t waste your time on other sad little pretend zesters, this is the one you want.

This works very well. I use them several times a week for nutmeg, Parmesan, zesting and the last one worked for ten years.I 100% recommend Microplane graters and zesters. They work very, very well and are designed to be easily used. They fit nicely in your hand. They balance nicely on counters. Whatever you want to do with the thing, they designed them to do it well.Microplane is an excellent brand.

My second one, I used the old one so much over the years it became dull. Happy to replace!

I've used this to zest lemons and limes. Works well. Now I get a consistent size zest instead of long strands. I rinse right after using then swish around in the sudsy dishwater before rinsing again.

Nice microplane. Upgrade from my last one as this has a nice non-slip handle, and the protective slip fits "just right". Also wicked sharp, and arrived promptly. A great purchase!

It works pretty well. Better than my box grater. It's easier to get the zest out and easier to clean. I'm a little surprised that it isn't faster than it is.

Works like a charm, much better than the flat sided grater I had been using. It’s plenty sharp.
