Q: About how much energy does this fan use? i bought it for work, but the usb plug on my forklift is broken. would a 10,000 mah battery pack be enough?

I would think but you can always try it. Charge it at home and then take it to work. It ran all day for us, no issues.

Q: Why does the fan not stay on for longer than a couple minutes? I've tried multiple power outlets. It would be great if it just stayed on.

I have my fan on for hours at a time in my office; might be your plug; or perhaps a defective fan, maybe you can return it for a replacement. I have had my fan for a few months now and love it, it has multipule speeds and I have only had to have it on low because it has so much power.

Q: How do you clean this?

I clean using a vacuum cleaner with one of the attachment brushes on. Works great. These things do get very dirty

Q: Can you power it using a usb battery pack?

I haven't tried but if it has a USB port to plug into, I don't know why not.
