Cheap and effective.
I have only just received this so this is over the first application. If there are any changes I will update this review over time.Applied this to my cutting board once so far, and it really brought back the wood. My wood on the board was dry and scarred from use, but this brought back the original color of the wood and really made it look nice again. It is one of the cheaper oils that I have found but have not had any issues with the product as of yet.If you are not oiling your boards you are missing out. This will make your boards last much longer, up to a life time if you take care of them correctly. Yes I use it on a cheap board, but there is no reason to not get my money's worth out of it. This does the job.

Wood care oil
This product is very easy to apply to wooden tools in my kitchen. It applies quickly and smoothly, and I just let the items sit overnight while the oil refreshes the hard working wooden items. By the next morning, the oil has been absorbed, and the wood looks much healthier. I finally bought a large noodle board, and this oil should keep it beautiful for many years.

Great value for what I needed!
Found some teak salad bowls at Goodwill.... one was dried and faded and the other six looked brand new. Got the mineral oil and washed them all and oiled them. They ALL look great and they match! There is no taste to the mineral oil, so I use it every once and a while to refresh the wooden bowls! You don't use a lot so there is plenty of product for the $$!!!

Oil all your wood cutting boards and spoons!
I just recently discovered the advantages of oiling all your wooden/bamboo kitchen stuff, especially cutting boards, with mineral oil. This keeps them from drying out and splitting, and it also keeps them from soaking up nasty stuff. As a bonus, it also keeps these things looking better.Yes you can just use oilve oil, but plant oils have two problems as they decompose: 1) they turn into sticky goo and 2) that can smell bad. Mineral oil doesn't have the same degree of issues. You will also find other uses for this stuff as it can be good for some types of stone/glass items, but don't put it on anything without researching the suitability for the material as it can obviously ruin some stuff that it isn't good for.Mineral oil is basically the liquid version of petroleum jelly. Both are the sort of thing that everyone ought to have some of.

Great for bamboo cutting boards
Quality is great, makes your old bamboo cutting board look brand new. Doesn’t have a smell or residue after the bamboo soaks it up. Not super thick easy to spread.
