I'm delighted with this knife, I honestly can't believe how affordable it is for the quality. We have a block of Wisthof knives, along with several Global knives - and I'm truly impressed with the construction, the weight, the quality of the blade, and the handle is very comfortable even with my smaller hands.The blade cover is a nice addition, though I was pleased I had a spare place in our Wisthof block, and it fitted perfectly. This blade will slice meat VERY thin like butter, and with little effort - which is why I wanted it. Highly recommended, also highly recommended for gift giving.

Absolutely Impressed – New Favorite Knife!I’ve only used a few lower-end brisket knives before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I was blown away by this one. The build quality is incredible. From the handle to the balance to the sharpness, everything about it feels premium. This knife instantly became my favorite, and I’m seriously considering replacing all of my knives with this brand. The included sheath is also worth mentioning—beautifully made and very high quality.For the price, this knife is an outstanding value. Outstanding knife. Extremely sharp and easy to hold and cut. I used the knife the first time to slice a big brisket for a family gathering. I had no trouble slicing thin strips of smoked beef. I loved the blade so much I then cut up 5 #s of brats in 2 inches pieces. I will highly recommend this knife to any backyard pit boss.

This is a great butcher knife for cutting bigger cuts of meat/fish into serving size pieces. I use it primarily for cutting up a whole side of a salmon fillet. It greater length and thinner design gives it more control for cutting meat than a chef's knife. Didn't really know how much I needed it until I tried it.

I wish it came with the hard plastic cover instead of the soft one which now has a bunch of holes in it.Otherwise great knife

First time buyer of a knife just for me. This thing is amazing and cuts through brisket, tri tip, any vegetable is not an obstacle for this very well made knife. The weight is good and the grip for my hand ( large hands) was a nice fit. Con of this product difficult to store.

My husband loves to grill and I purchased this knife to allow for easier cutting of the various meats that he grills. He absolutely loves the night and says that it works really well. He highly recommends it for anyone that wants a nice, quality knife to cut meats.

this type of knife was something i’ve wanted for years, but could not justify spending $80-$100 on a single knife. this knife was an incredible value, the quality of the craftsmanship shows in the blade and in the handle, makes my vintage Henckel knives look cheap, the blade is thick and durable, and cuts through raw meat like butter. the grip makes it easy to use, and its sharpness allows me to cut thin slices accurately.
