Q: How does it feel after using it for more than a year?

I've had mine for 2.5 years and I only sleep on the firm side and at only on one side. Mine still look brand new never used. There's no dent or demarcation to show that I sleep in the same spot @ 145lbs.

Q: Will this hold a 300lb person?

Yes, my Dad weighs 357 pounds and my Mom weighs 233 pounds. This mattress supports them both and if one turns in the night, the other doesn't feel the movement the way they did with their previous mattress.

Q: how does this work for a hot sleeping woman of 250 lbs and 5'4"?

I have no idea how it would work for that. We are both normal size so for us it works great.

Q: Can someone tell me the actual return policy? i don’t want the answer saying there is information about returning inside the box. i want to know all details before ordering.

I'm not sure how or why you would have an issue returning anything as you're buying it through Amazon. Whether it's a third party buyer or not Amazon always will refund if needed. Also safe to say based off of reviews and I mean very extensive reviews of numerous people who have spent hours upon hours doing research on all different bed types saying the same thing and thousands and thousands of almost five star reviews on every mattress. So based off of just that alone and the mere fact that it's a fraction of the price of most beds that are in the upper thousands my last bed was $3,200 in the most uncomfortable thing ever we gave it away to a friend. But regardless as I stated as long as you're buying it on Amazon you won't have an issue returning that's the beauty of purchasing through them
