Shipping was really fast and product arrived without any damages and looks as described, and it's very easy to use!It comes in a plastic case for protection which I like! The sound of the bip is perfect, loud enough for me to know when it's on and when it's done taking temp without having to look at the screen. But it's not loud enough to wake up or bother my husband.The good surprise I had is that it memorizes the last temp taken, so you don't have to remember or right it down right away.Lastly, customer service is awesome!

Works well. Would give 5 starts if beep was louder. Very hard to hear when used vaginally. As i have to do being a night time mouth breather. Arrived promptly and add described.

Worked ONE time
Worked one time. Went to use it for the second time and it just shows a black dot at the bottom of the screen and never gives me a temp. Pretty disappointed.
