Fantastic
I have had the product for couple of weeks now and so far it worked perfectly. Easy to setup and Connected straight away every time. Perfect replacement for my Becker sat nav module. See how long it will work without any problems i am sure time will tell but happy for now.

Awesome replacement for Becker Mappilot
A plugin replacement for my old Becker Mappilot that had out of date map navigation software on it and was costly to update, for a system that uses the chosen apps on my phone so I can choose, Waze, Google Maps or other stuff from the existing car controls.Love it. Just a few niggles with the technology getting audio to come out of the car audio when the music is playing, doesn't really work even with a cable for USB and Audio. But if the audio is redirected to come from the phone everything is good. Works with Android or IOS.Always have access to the latest map software from your phone hence through the Carplay system.Make sure you choose the right replacement for the year of your car then you will be good to go.If you have an existing Becker Mappilot, I recommend you consider changing.

Failed after 26 days
Worked well to start with, After a couple of weeks it started to have the odd moment and take longer then normal to connect. Then today it failed mid use and would not start again. Item has been returned for a refund.

Works very well - may hit against glovebox and works better via USB.
Easy swap in for the Becker map pilot module and works very well. If you have no audio, you need to pair your car bluetooth with the unit 'CARABC" NOT with your phone. For reliability best use the usb with a lightning cable plugged into phone. Works every time, whereas wireless CarPlay can be temperamental - slow to connect or connection failed now and again. All Merc controls work including phone buttons and Siri works using voice command button. An easy way to add CarPlay to NTG 4.5 systems. Rear camera works as normal. My advice would be to not setup wireless CarPlay at all, just use lightning cable into the USB. I've hidden mos of the cable as shown in photo. Useful if more than one driver uses car as they just plug their own phone in and it'll work immediately. In some cars (mine is a GLA) because the unit is longer than the original Harmon module it means the glovebox needs slammed to close and sits slightly squint due to this. Not overly noticeable but a slight annoyance. All in all, decent value and works well, as long as you use a lightning cable.

Very good product highly recommended for upgrading cheaply to apple car play and android.
Very easy to install and despite being cheap to purchase integrates seamlessly and upgrades the standard system to mirror everything from the phone with bluetooth!

Amazing - really good
After being unable to update a 2014 Becker map pilot I bought this device. Slots into the Becker socket in the glove box of my car easily. Took a few minutes how to make it work with an iPhone and it turns out to be amazing connected with Bluetooth. Apple Maps works well, music library on my iPhone is fully accessible and integrates well with controls on car. Don’t bother updating your Becker maps, get one of these.Update: 8 October 2024Been living with the device installed in my car for a while now. I’m still absolutely delighted with it and I have to say, it exceeds my expectations - it’s absolutely GREAT!Update 9 November 2024I have seen a few reviews that report that sometimes (such as after using the radio) the music streaming fails to work. This happened to me. Fortunately I found a video on YouTube that explained how to fix this. Just go to audio on you Mercedes display and select Bluetooth (BT) Audio. Reconnect the CARabc system again and the audio streaming from your phone/device works just fine again. 👍👍

Great... for the most part
Firstly, let me just say this is a big upgrade over the existing sat nav module, it gives you everything you can do on Android Auto (sorry not using an iPhone so cant talk about carplay) with a few interesting quirks. My issues have been (and please reply if you have a solution!):It has crashed and I have to remove the module and plug it back in (probably once or twice over 1000 miles). It's unclear if you can use the device for Bluetooth calls or not? People have said they can't hear me everytime, though you can reconnect to your phone if you go through the corrects steps (see below).Maps do not automatically change day/night (I end up turning down the entire dash lighting at night and its fine).Seems to still stay connected to my phone for a really long time after engine off, I found myself at home with lots of missed calls as they route through the module and on Android at least you don't get any sort of call notification when on Android Auto.So... those are my issues with the product, but saying that it has absolutely changed the way I access maps/music etc whilst driving, my phone battery does not drain like it did when using it as a display and I can reply to messages using my voice (not sure why this works but calls don't though!). I think if you can live with the minimal annoyance of connecting in the correct order its a great way to update your car to 2022 and beyond.Connection route (that works for me):1. Only use 1 phone with the car (so I removed my partners device)2. You have to connect through bluetooth phone first to then connect through audio3. Once all connected and AndroidAuto is displaying (imagine the same for CarPlay) you can go back to the telephone (mercedes) menu and reconnect your phone without messing up the module.IF I could get calls working properly through the module (see above microphone issue) that would be great, but so far I've had no luck!
