I purchased the unit on Amazon March 27, 2017. The first week it worked wonderfully well, then the stellar performance faded.I CLEANED THE UNIT AS RECOMMENDED. I talked with the supplier who claimed it was the "oil " that was the problem....impure, they said. The thin feeder tube was plugging due to the poor quality of the oil. I have been using diffusers for twenty years, and never had a problem before, using the same ( still in business supplier) of medicinal grade oils. I never had a problem with diffusing oils for years with the supplier.The supplier wanted to charge me for replacement feeder tubes, but charged their mind upon discussion of the issue, and forwarded three tubes.Unfortunately, replacing the tubing and other part did not solve the problem. It diffuses alcohol well, but fails to deliver on the function of delivering the oil mist as promised. Quality control is lacking as evidenced by the reviews. They charged a heavy shipping charge, and the price of the unit is certainly at the HIGH END for such unpredictable performance.

I typically don't take time to write reviews, although I should... But I thought I should write one about this nebulizer. The photo shows the one in black, but I own two of the silver models and let me say they are beautiful. Seriously, the simplicity of the design is what makes it a stunning statement piece.More importantly, the functionality of it is very straightforward.I have turned to nebulizers (and Elderberry syrup) to fix sinus and cold issues rather than spray steroids up my nose and whatever other counterproductive solutions allopathic doctors recommend.I very much believe in being a home doctor with a home based medicine cabinet should be explored before you get other (naturopathic/homeopathic/allopathic) doctors involved. As part of that belief... I began seeking a high quality essential oil diffuser.It is an understatement to say that this is a high quality machine. I have purchased aroma diffusers over the years, from Amazon, and from friends in MLMs... And honestly they all break down sooner than later.A friend recommended that I just spend a little more money and just buy a unit that will last for years without question and recommended this one.I did it and I can tell you that it is worth every penny.This unit is so unassuming, but don't be fooled... It will cover roughly 1,600 square feet of surface area.I accidentally left this on in the master bedroom in the back of the house and forgot all about it until I could smell the aroma in the living room in the front of the house.I had to contact the vendor later on for technical support for the remote I lost (oops) and told her about how impressive the area coverage was. She told me that a lot of her customers called her to tell her the same thing.I personally think it is a shame that they don't highlight this on their sales literature because anyone who has been in the market for diffusers knows that we are lucky to get 400 square feet of coverage, let alone 1,600.Honestly, had I known it was so powerful, I probably would have ordered one instead of two, but I am not complaining about having two top notch products.Finally, I want to mention a final thing about the customer service... It is great!As of the time of this writing, when you call, you are going to be connected to a real person who seems to be a subject matter expert. I love that!No call center agent who has to put you on hold and go look up what your issue is through a knowledge base since they have no clue themselves; just an owner who knows her product inside and out and can answer any and all of your questions without hesitation.I would highly recommend that you get this. Don't let the price tag intimidate you at all. You won't regret the purchase. You will get a phenomenal product with phenomenal customer support just in case you need it in the future.

This review is long due - the nebulizer has been collecting dust for several months now after breaking twice in the course of two months.I was very excited to buy this product and I decided to do so despite some not very flattering reviews and the steep price. When I got it I was thrilled - it filled the room with perfume, it is slick looking, does not require water refill and it was really quiet. I used it frequently and cleaned it as instructed until it broke two months later. To be specific, it started making a very sound noise when operating which made it unbearable to use. I contacted the consumer service and after a one hour lecture they decided to repair it at no cost. They essentially told me that the ONLY reliable essential oils to use were THEIRS and THEIRS only - I had been using Whole Foods brand before then - which OF COURSE Herba Terra sells at a steep mark-up. Apparently others are adulterated and clog the system. I agreed to pay the higher price and switched. And then it broke again less that a month after . I contacted them some time after that, and, in a very unpleasant phone some, essentially the sales person, STEPHANIE, called me a liar - that I cannot have used their oils as I was claiming.They did offer the to repair the product, but, long story short, I would rather throw that piece of trash out of the window rather than have to deal with these people ever again. And you are better off buying 5 nebulizers for the amount you would pay for this one.a

I'm so frustrated with this company. I've had this product for about 6 months, and the unit is now not diffusing any oil. I have had to contact customer service 3 different times to have this unit repaired. The whole time I spoke to the customer service representative she blamed the oils I was using on the unit being clogged. I buy only 100% pure essential oils through Amazon. She talked about how bad this is and that I need to buy different oils (of course their oils!). I have multiple other diffusers that were much less expensive that I use the same oils with that have not clogged at all. I also have been using this unit much less than the other diffusers I have and have been cleaning the other units less. It is a huge pain to deal with customer service and I would not buy this product or any product from them again. For the cost of this unit it should definitely last longer without getting clogged so easily. Even when the unit was working at it's best it did not seem that much different than the other units I have as far as oil diffused. The other units I own are all around $100 so also much less cost. Customer service should also be easier to work with than this, very frustrating experience!
