We bought this for our business. It is the perfect size and super easy to use.

So, it's been three years since I got this thing and it is still going strong. I've tested it against multiple other scales and it's pretty dang accurate. It doesn't have finite measurements like some scales, so if you need something that will round out for you, this probably isn't the one, but if you're shipping heavier items this will do the trick every time. I have yet to have a box be off by more than an ounce of rounding, and I've yet to have a box tack on more because a miscalculated weight.I even use this thing to weigh myself on occasion and it comes up pretty dang close to the physician scales every time I do it. The one pitfall for me, and it's probably this way by design for most of these, is that it takes 4 AA batteries and it seems to go through even the nicer branded ones faster than I'd anticipate. On the plus, zero issues in heat or cold getting accurate readings.

Worked great for weighing drums

Works perfectly for my husband who has to use a walker. He can walk onto it holding on to his walker, with the walker wheels outside. Huge help, thank you.

I ordered this scale and received it in a flimsy box with corners open and parts rattling around inside (batteries bent). I asked for a replacement and when received found that the holes drilled for the side handle were not properly placed, making that installation impossible without redrilling. Poorly made, poorly shipped.

We had this scale for 9 months of heavy daily use. The display stopped working. We contacted the seller and they warrantied the scale no problem and sent us a new one at no charge. We really love the size and ease of this scale and are happy to have it again. Hopefully it will last longer but fantastic support.

First, when it came in a box, there was not much packing to it. The scale seems to be a piece of sheet metal across the top, and so it's not very strong. When it is spread out a large area, such as this scale, its gonna flex much easier. A stronger piece of metal would have serviced this unit more effectively.It took me a minute to sort out all the buttons. The digital reader has 6 buttons, for different function, however, the print on the buttons are so faint I could barely read it. Again, brighter color to print would have helped a lot. Setting it to the function I need it for, weight in ounces and pounds, I was able to test it out. I ran a few shipments and printed labels against the weight recorded. Bringing it to the post office, I noticed they were recording different weights. Lighter weights. This posed a problem in that I am paying for shipping labels at a higher price than I should have. So now I had to double-check against my cheap $15 scale which seems to be more accurate than this $106 scale. That's not good!There are a few things I can do, like adjust the feet, make sure its level, maybe calibrate it better, however, I think out of the box, it should be accurate. This leaves me to my next issue. Weighing out heavier items I feel like it is more accurate than light items. It has a function as a counting scale. However, if it cannot weigh something that might be less than an ouce, which the scale does not even register, then I am not sure how effective this would be for a counting scale.So overall I think it is not well put together and the materials could be better. While the LED display is nice and bright, the buttons are faint so you need to look closely with a light to see which buttons are which. I really wanted to like this scale a lot more for my shipping purposes, but I might have to go back to my simpler, cheaper and more accurate scale.

I got this scale for our ecommerce business where we have to weigh many packages ranging from 1.5lbs to 50+ lbs. The scale has a nice sized platform and the construction decent. The platform does have a nice stainless surface above and underneath. The feet are plastic, which is probably okay and not a problem, but if you intend to move the scale around a lot and expect to be rough with it then these might get damaged. The display is very easy to use and can be powered by batteries or buy USB and it does come with the power adapter and batteries. The display while very functional, is a lighter-weight plastic so you might want to secure it or be careful with it. I can see it falling onto the concrete warehouse floor and cracking or breaking. The display does come with mount or holster for holding it and I do plan to use it. Since getting this scale, it has quickly undergone some abuse by a 6-year old and 4-year old who found it fun to jump on and watch the numbers change on the display. They did this when I was not looking and the scale held up and was not damaged at all. That was about 3 minutes of pretty hard abuse and stress testing and it survived!
