My kindle fire 8.9 won't fit into it. It won't even hold my long wallet. It's a great little bag but you can't fit a whole lot into it and everything has to be in a certain space like Tetris. LolI carry a lot of weird shaped items I guess. I still use this bag as a purse, but for my 8.9 & 7" kindles, a 7" Bluetooth keyboard, my mp3 player, and all my gadgets I got this bag. Q: How accurate are the color photos here for the foliage green vs olive drab green?

In my opinion these names don't match the colors at all. Maxpedition's "OD green" is just too green; more of a forest/foliage green. I like the color, and most of my Max gear is "OD green", but I don't consider it to be OD green. I think Maxpedition got these two names totally wrong. The Foliage Green looks like a washed out OD green with lots of light brown in it. It's a great color for early Spring, in an environment with lots of mud, dirt, and blooming foliage. Their OD green reminds me of the forest. Max should swap the names. I like both colors and have Max gear in both colors. But if you want accurate OD green, Maxpedition does not offer that in my humble opinion. Their foliage green is closer to true OD that has been heavily used and washed out, while their "OD green" is closer to a deeper forest green. This doesn't bother me, but be advised. I hope this has been helpful.

Will be a tight fit unless you remove the internal divider, which will free up some space.
