This product is exactly what it describes to be!!!. Sleek, Fast and easy to use. POS in a hand held device was a very smart idea I take it anywhere and do business. The receipts have my business logo on it just by simply connecting to a computer and uploading the photo. I love it. 5 stars. Customers always compliment the technology!!!! Good Look!!

I purchased this for my company. It works perfectly fine, not slow or anything like that. But the printer connects to the Android Os via Bluetooth. This is not something they clearly state, but what this means is that you may experience connection drops especially with low battery. Also I wanted to use an online company portal to generate the content I needed to print. For some reason this isn’t supported out of the box.For this to work I was required that I (by the manufacturers suggestion) download RawBT and then it would work. But as RawBT is a freemium product I had to pay 50$ for a lifetime license so that it would stop printing this huge advertisement on each print. Now after 2 months of trying and finally paying the RawBT fee, I was able to get this working. But if battery is running low beware as it may not connect. It’s almost as if both the pda and the printers are two separate products enclosed in one plastic shell.

Was having issues with printer receipt size and Williams was very helpful to fix the issue.

there are no instructions, there is no support, Im still trying to figure out how to use the credit card, it sends messages that im low on products but I havent sold any from the uploaded items, im trying to return but im over my 30 days!!! dont buy!!

The device works great. Every now and they I have an issue with the built in printer not printing my receipts or jamming when it do.

I like it but, the printer keeps on disconnecting on bluetooth, every time.

The media could not be loaded. The device quality is really good and the customer service even better... I highly recommended this brand.
