Easy to assemble from robot to train and back again, but if you cannot handle small parts this is not for you. Disclaimer that the side flaps do fall off and can get easily lost. This is a great toy for a 3 year old but use supervision due to small parts. The middle ball and joint for the arms spins and it is harder to put the arms on. The arms and legs do extend. The dimensions are 3in tall and 3.5-4in wide in train mode and 4 tall and 2in wide in robot mode. I love this buy because my daughter loves playing with it and it helps her learn fine motor skills. You can't get spanked because you didn't go to sleep

My 3.5 year old is obsessed with Robot Trains! I’m giving 4/5 stars because the packing was bad— it came in a yellow bubble packing envelope, therefore was squished when shipped. However, the quality and ease of this toy is a 5/5. I didn’t realize she transforms too, so that was awesome. No English directions but pictures sufficed. :) shipping was SUPER fast. Projected delivery was 1 month from ordering and I got 4’ish days later.
