Didn't work with VGA
I bought this specifically to work with a VGA monitor. I have a Macbook Air. I have tried it on 4 different VGA monitors and didn't work. HDMI works. I tried finding support to contact but couldn't find any documentation. It didn't even come with a manual or anything. Finally found some email addresses on a website and emailed them, but haven't heard anything back. I ended up ordering a different brand / model which will hopefully work.

This converter offers a lot of functionality and is pretty useful around my home in several different places
This converter offers a lot of functionality and is pretty useful around my home in several different places. I use its vga connection for my old projector and its dvi connection for my monitor. I did have to take off one star though for the rather short thunderbolt cable though

Piece of garbage, don't buy
Haven't tried to use the DVI output, the VGA works most of the time. HDMI doesn't work at all, never did. Piece of garbage, don't buy.

stopped working after 1 day!!
I was so excited to finally connect my macbook to the tv screen! Unfortunately, the product stopped working after the first day of using it.

Works well for what it is designed for.
This 3 in 1 adapter works perfectly! Great for Mini DisplayPort /Thunderbolt Port output.I have tested VGA and HDMI on my MacBook Air. Each port has worked perfectly with no connection or picture problems. Picture quality is perfect. If you are looking for an affordable one,don't hesitate to choose this one.
