The product works well and the mouse and keyboard synced instantly which is nice that I didn't have to follow the code. The mouse pad is also soft and doesn't create drag on the mouse. The only flaw is that the mouse 5 button doesn't work and the esc key doesn't work on games, which the esc key is a very used key in games. The lights are a pretty neat function though, except I'm not sure if my keyboard actually was getting dimmer/ brighter from the hotkey function.

The keyboard isn't bad, the mouse feels very cheap. The switches on the mouse protrude out farther than the little feet on it so it was catching on the mouse pad, shaved off the switches a little and it works great. Purchased to use with my PS4, plugged the dongle into the PS4 and it worked right out of the box.

I bought this for my youngest son to use on his ps4 because he sometimes likes to use keyboard and mouse for certain games that are compatible. He loves it. He especially loves that the mouse is quiet. So with his recommendation I bought another one for my second oldest son.

The media could not be loaded.  The keyboard size is great and mouse and the escape button does work. All you have to do is hold fn and escape at the same time. It's weird I know

the overall keyboard is great, its small, almost no noise, but the downside is, the esc button doesn't work, theres no way to use the page up, and down buttons. i dont use those much but its just kinda annoying, i tried getting replacement but they both didn't work but might just end up keeping the original one since i do really like the overall keyboard and mouse :/ the mouse is perfect though, the mouse pad does come bent but its bc of how its folded in the box, which straightens out after a while.

My kids love it for their gaming needs and the color effect even cooler was hard to assemble because instructions didn’t clearly much had to YouTube this brand to figure out a hidden tiny usb was in the mouse and all

This keyboard looks like a child's toy, the build quality is very bad, but, the worst part is that it VERY OFTEN does not register the key being pressed. Writing this simple paragraph was a huge pain.

Purchased for my grandsons birthday. He loves the keyboard, but is extremely disappointed that after all the attempts to charge the mouse it doesn’t work.

The mouse 4th mouse button is broken and for some reason the escape key requires you to press fn
