BENEFECT DECON30 - used to remove COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from a New York Elementary School!
I was looking for a safe product to remove mold and mildew from my lanai / pool deck. We recently relocated to Orlando, and mold and mildew seem to be very commonplace here. I found Benefect Decon 30, and was happy with what I read on posted reviews. I then decided to google the product, because we have a dog and I needed to make sure it would be safe for dogs as well as humans. As I was searching, a news article came up, dated March 4th, 2020. This article stated that Forest Hill Elementary School in Lake Oswego, NY had an employee diagnosed with Coronavirus. SERVEPRO came in and cleaned the elementary school with this exact product - Benefect Decon30 - effectively removing the Coronavirus (COVID-19)!!! SERVEPRO chose it because it is safe to use around children, while doing an amazing job of killing bacteria! I did some more checking, and read reviews from people who LOVE this product. They even use it as hand sanitizer! If it does indeed kill 99.9% of bacteria within 30 seconds...while being safe for everyone, it seems like a no-brainer to have some on hand. And YES, it cleared up the mold and mildew on my lanai!!! It was FAST and so easy to use!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Magic. This stuff was recommended to us by a local mold remediation company. It works fantastically. I sprayed the inside of an antique chest of drawers and it killed that nasty musty smell when even bleach, lysol, etc did not.

so I spent 181 dollars on this product and it came way before the shipping date . the smell is strong but the product is good so far.i notice its a bit oily but the shine it gives is beautiful . this is a good cleaning product for my cleaning business to help fight the covid19 in my opinion. I will buy another one in the near future .
