I don't usually do reviews but considering the circumstances, I felt it necessary this time. I'm something of a flashlight freak and as I already had a Heider CFX that I'm very pleased with, I decided to buy this one for my travel pack. Very impressed at first. Strong light for its class both in flood and spotlight modes and apparently of better quality than the cheaper offerings, but a few days ago I tried to use it and it wouldn't turn on. The battery had been recharged probably a couple of weeks before and had been used very little since then so I was surprised, but upon investigation, I found that the supplied battery had leaked. Not uncommon with alkaline batteries but first time I've seen a lithium battery do it. Given the delicate nature of lithium batteries, this one was disposed of appropriately. Not the quality I expected of Heider, hence the 3 star rating. Good light but poor accessories, my charger did come with an adapter, which makes it stick way out from the wall, but to me this is basically irrelevant, all my lithium batteries are charged with a nitecore charger for better safety and performance.

The light is bride and blazes a long distance (close up to 200 Y).But You need a very strong rechargeable battery pack to use this Flashlight for a while.A standard battery will be consumed very fast (within 10 minutes of use).But the light is bright. No discussion about.It will be fair to ship, for a little higher price, a strong rechargeable battery pack (NiMH-Akku AA (Mignon - HR 6) 2700 mAh or stronger) to give you a satisfactoriness utilization.But all over. Not bad. Really not bad.

Flashlight is fine, but the plug for recharging the battery is for European use--not for American outlets. This should have been noted in the description. Am not sending it back because it's such a hassle.

I had to buy an adapter to be able to plug it into an American plug. It almost cost as much as the flashlight. When I call to complain nothing was done about it. So I bought an adapter.

I have this little flashlight for well a year. It has worked great. The charger died, but I just use AA batteries with no issue. Very bright, great focus beam. Doesn't heat up. I bought some knock offs that didn't measure up. This light is great.

Arrived on time very good quality and brilliant beam length for size of torch
