Handle on out 1 1/2 quart pot broke after 35+ years. Ordered this “universal” replacement handle. Screw which came with it did not fir the pot. It was way too short and a different thread. Went to the Ace hardware and eventually found a metric thread Phillips head stainless machine screw which did the job. Cost was 0.76 cents.

Although this was not an exact replacement for the broken handle on our saucepan it did fit and made the pan usable again.

Product is as advertised except the screw was missing. Went to the local hardware to get one.

My wife has a set of pots and pans that she has had for years. While the metal pot is in good shape the handle had become loose from normal wear and tear. I ordered this handle, it fit perfectly and my wife is looking forward to many more years f using her favorite pan.

I bought 3 of these handles hoping they will replace handles on my Amway Queen pans. Yes, they will work great! The screw that comes with the handle will not work. You must take your original stainless steel screw that is 1 inch long and replace it with the same kind from your hardware store that is 1-1/4 inch long. It will work great for quite a bit less money than the Amway Queen OEM handles. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

Need to buy one that is 1/4 inch longer to fit our 20 years old pan. For the benefit of other, this is the full spec for the screw needed: 1/4-20 1 & 1/4.

Fixed Mom's favorite pot with this little gem. Some say 'just buy a new pot' but sometimes a handle like this is the best solution. The end fit over the fitting on the pot just right. Although we didn't use the screw that came with the handle, the thread size was correct. Once tightened down the handle held firm and brought new life to the old pot. I would buy this again.

Not universal to all makes of pots and pans. Had to remove.the stainless steel band and use the old screw. Screw included was to short with hand and to long with it. It will do the job.

The handle on one of my saucepans got looser and looser over time and finally broke off completely. It's a pretty old saucepan but is made of stainless steel and was in perfect condition otherwise. When I realized it would cost about $30 for a new one, I thought I'd see whether I could get a replacement handle instead. I'm thrilled with this handle. It came quickly and was easy to screw on to the saucepan. It's very sturdy and securely attached. If I ever need to replace a pot handle again I'll certainly choose this brand again..

The handle went on easily and felt better to hold on to than the original handle.

The handle fit almost perfectly for my needs. I did however have to purchase a longer stainless steel screw from Home Depot and it fits perfect. A little 'McGivering' goes a long way.
