Gymboss Charge Interval Timer and Stopwatch

I have been using Jim boss timers for many years. They have made improvements overtime and I feel like this one is an improvement. I have used it every day for a month and still haven’t had to recharge it. I like the light and that model has, an option for the beep to be even louder. The rechargeable aspect of it is great. There is no other product out there that is as good as a gym boss.

I am doing the Jeff Galloway walk/run method and saw this timer mentioned on his website. The phone apps I had been using would lose gps and stop, or for some reason the audio would skip a round, and it was very frustrating. Got the and it works great!! Can hear it clearly, never skips, and vibration with sound helps for extra assurance I never miss it beep from my leggings pocket. The written instructions are useless, but the video guide is very easy to find on their website (Amazon won’t let me link it in this review) and once you watch it, it is very easy to set up. Very glad I bought it!

This device worked great for about 4 months. I've had it approximately 6 months now and it has completely died. Won't charge and it won't come on. I would not recommend purchasing this device.

this is my 6th or 7th GymBoss over the last 8 yrs. I teach heated yoga + pilates so my past timers either got too wet, overheated, broke, lost. :/ I love the rechargeable option!! I just purchased my most recent GymBoss & within 1st few days I dropped it and I didn't realize one of the buttons popped off... I was super annoyed. I just submitted for a return and it looks like they are sending me a new one w/o charging me, which is super nice... and why I gave 4 stars instead of 3 lol

I had used this twice and the third time the button fell off. The return was very easy and the seller made right immediately. It's a really cool stopwatch and I'm grateful everything was resolved quickly and in a great manner!

There's a bit of a learning curve for this device, but once you learn it, it's easy, portable, and the charge lasts forever. I use it for run/walk intervals and it's never failed me. Highly recommended for those who don't want to take along a phone or use up phone power with another app for intervals.

I think these are great, depending on the use and purpose. In a gym setting, I can see these being amazing and durable. They’re loud and the battery life is phenomenal.However, I use these for flag football and they’re weak/fragile. Just about every year, I gotta buy a new set due to a variety of reoccurring problems (rubber button falls off, speaker detaches from the motherboard, the button becomes ineffective etc). I really wish I could find something that’s as loud as these along with the programmable feature and three times the durability. I guess until I find that something, I’ll keep sinking my money into these, I guess.
