So far I can only say Good things about the Q10 .I've searched my back yard and have found a 2 dollar coin two quarters a dime and 36 pennies . Found a thermostat at 16 inches deep !!! My house is 168 years old .Pretty amazing little machine for the price . Doesn't take long to figure out the controls .Mine was sent from Forest City Detectors and came in three days !!!!

I wasn’t sure which one to purchase because their is so many different detectors. So I decided on the X10 . It is a great detector . I have already found a bullet casing . A nail . And an old rusty can . Nothing of value but with this I’m sure I will find something cool

Watched YouTube videos of detectorists for years hoping to take up the hobby. Thought I’d buy a good entry level detector and this seemed to fit the bill based on reviews and price. Unfortunately, this machine is awful. When you finally adjust the weird interface (do we want to find coins or jewelry? Well we don’t know yet, do we) it constantly gets returns and beeps, so you use the locator and the thing just disappears. Doesn’t beep. Then it will beep again away from the hole you’ve just dug. I wish I hadn’t bought it as it’s incredibly frustrating.
