My wife and I were very excited to try these because the mosquitoes come out in force in the summer months here in New Hampshire. So when we got them, we threw them on and went out to sit on our back deck. They smelled very strong to which we were a little put off by, but reassured that they should work because of that. Within 15 seconds of being out there, we were being absolutely swarmed. And constantly swatting ourselves. Within another 15 seconds a mosquito landed on my wrist less than an inch from where the bracelet was sitting and I left it there to see what would happen. Sure enough, it bit me. We laughed at the headaches we were starting to get from the extremely strong fumes, then sadly went inside and chucked the bag in the trash. Do yourself a favor and just buy an electronic unit.

I get eaten by bugs anytime I step out of my house. Unfortunately, I also have allergic reactions to most bug spray. (Would you like bug bites or hives today?) I usually use a home made essential oil blend, but it has to be applied very often. I figured I would give these a try. They work really well. I am really happy with them. They are soft on your skin and I have had no allergy issues with it touching my skin. They smell like lemongrass. It is easy to forget they are even on. They also fit down small enough for a kid. The color is less of a lime green and more of a dark grass color. They really are barely noticeable once one. But they actually work in keeping bugs away from you.

OK so to be fair my girlfriend is a bug magnet, she gets bitten when no one else does. She put 2 on and only got like 1 bite through the night sleeping with the window open. Those 2 bands stayed out for 2 nights, we then forgot to get out 2 new ones the next evening and we had the old ones on the bar of the headboard just over our heads. She was bitten about 6-8 times the 3rd night, they say on the bag good for about 2 days and that seems accurate. These definitely work because when they were new she only had one encounter which is amazing. If you normally get 6-10 bites with nothing and only get one bite that's a total success. Thank you for the natural product that really made a big difference because she is very anti chemicals.

Keeps falling off!!!!!!! It would've been better if it had a button closure! The company needs to upgrade their design. I had one on my wrist and another on my ankle and fell off within a minute of wearing. It got worst after that, fell off several more times and ultimately lost them. What a waste. Not only that, I was chased by a mosquito looking to eat me literally seconds after putting it on...so does not work either. Disappointed. I do not recommend this product AT ALL!

They come in a resealable package which is great. They are easy to use, just adjust to your size and bam it is on comfortably.It's great for going out in the backyard, camping and walking around the neighborhood. I will get some more when these run out.

Do not work at all. We live on the water where there are mosquitos in abundance every year. These bracelets do not repel them at all. We were getting bit on same arm and hand that the bracelet was on. We've used other mosquito bracelets in the past that work somewhat, these do not. The citronella smell wears off after only a few hours.I do not know how anyone could give these a positive review, my only thought is they are testing them in areas where there are no mosquitos.

I bought these to use in the back yard of my mother's house. She's got some standing water in a wooded area behind her house that mosquitos really love.I don't like using the chemical sprays on my body dueto sensitive skin and a lot of the other natural products dont seem to work well. These actually work just as well and have a pretty nice natural smell to them. Nothing real overpowering, sort of like a mild peppermint and lemon scent.They're super lightweight and adjustable, so they can fit pretty much anyone and don't feel you're wearing a bracelet or get in the way.My girlfriend and I went to a little get together at my mom's this weekend and it was the first time in quite a while that neither of us got bit at all. So far, so good. Works just like they described. Highly recommend if you're outdoors and looking for a natural alternative to bug sprays.

These are all around great wristbands. I was trying these out after switching from mosquito spray, which is much too grimy for me and still causes bites all over my arms. When I first bought these, they smelled pretty nice and I was skeptical that they were really going to do anything because they didn't seem like they could repel mosquitoes.However, that was not the case. For the couple nights I have worn these I have not gotten bitten once by mosquitoes. These wristbands are so lightweight that you can barely remember that you have them on overtime. Overall, they are very comfortable.I especially like that there are no chemicals and that everything in them is natural. I would definitely give these a try if I were you -- I didn't go wrong in purchasing them!
