Nature's Lab One Daily Multivitamin Capsules, 60 Count, 120 Count

Not much to say. It's a vitamin supplement. Easy to swallow. Good price and quantity.

It does all a vitamin should do. In comparison to the average vitamin (costco-kirkland brand) it has way more %'s of ingredients. WAY more. In that sense I believe it's worth getting less capsules for a higher price. I'm 28 years old & it has strengthened my nails & overall immune system. Other than the smell that comes with vitamins its pretty darn perfect!!

I picked this multivitamin because it not only supplies most needed vitamins and minerals, but also has additional anti-oxidants and important supplements. I especially like that it adds CoQ10, turmeric, grapeseed extract, selenium, resveratrol, lutein, and zeaxanthin. The only other ingredient I wish it contained is magnesium. It's much more convenient to get all these in one pill than take a bunch of individual ones.One thing that I consider a significant drawback, however, is that it supplies many times as much of several vitamins as is recommended by the USDA. For example, it has TEN TIMES as much vitamin D as the specified Daily Value (DV). It has 83 times as much vitamin B12 as the DV. While some vitamins are water soluble and it's hard to overdose on them (like vitamin C) others are fat soluble and stay in your system longer. Too much vitamin D can actually cause harm, for example, over the long term. So I only take this pill every other day to avoid excessive levels of some ingredients.

The label shows it all. Just be aware that some people with the MTHFR genetic mutation can not process folic acid and this uses folic acid. It would also be a plus to lose the zinc oxide but these are minor observations. For the price I can not find any option which holds a candle to this product.

We have been using these multivitamins for over a year and we are very satisfied with the ingredients, as it has most of the main ones we are interested in. I like that it not only has the vitamins, but includes vital antioxidants. I think it is a good value for the money.

Extremely pleased with this purchase; in fact, have already ordered a second bottle. I particularly like the fact that it's a vegetarian capsule, contains a multitude of vitamins and minerals, as well as turmeric, red wine, and grape seed extract. I find it to be an excellent daily multivitamin.

Been taking for a month w/o noticing any positive changes. No increased energy; no diminished arthritic pain. The ingredients, dosing & multitude of nutrients are all good but it doesn't seem to be doing much for me. I'll continue using it until it's gone.
