Yes, the optiloupe and light attachement are made to work together.

Q: Does this product comes with lens? If so, what is the strength?

The LED light attachment is only lights; it does not include the visor or the lens. The advisor by Opti-Visor is sold separately and the lenses come in different powers from 5 to 10.

Q: Are the LEDs the blue tint that's common of cheaper LEDs, or are they pure ( warm) white?

"warm white" is the color of an incandescent bulb. The led's are definitely not that color. They are "cool white" which leans toward the bluish side of the color spectrum. But they don't look "blue". With a fresh battery they mostly look like a bright white color.

Q: Does this fit the donegan optivisor? the photo shown does not look like the donegan.

Yes, it was specifically made to fit the Donegan Optical OptiVISOR. The battery placement and size is a little awkward, but it doesn't interfere in practice. The extra light is very helpful and it is almost - but not quite - bright enough to replace task lighting, unless you already have near-perfect vision. I consider this add-on light a good value and worth the money I spent.
