Order was cancelled by the courier and then delayed multiple times. Eventually pats of the bed arrived separately. Both Amazon and Arrow (courier) Customer service was awful. Avoid! Also the mattress is too soft - will not provide much support

I bought this because I had people to stay and needed a bed fast. The couriers were wonderful - cannot fault them. The bed however is a pile of rubbish. Firstly the bed feet literally broke as soon as the bed was placed on the floor - the plastic just disintegrated. One of the drawers was broken already at the bottom. Then putting it together - you have two labels telling you where to place the headboard - but there is no stitching around the points, so as soon as you put the screw in the material frays and you know it is just a matter of time before this will spread and the base of the bed will be left with frayed material. The drawers are totally pathetic - will take no weight at all. As for the mattress, this is not medium - this is the softest thing ever - really awful. It is like sinking into a marshmallow. Unless you want this for children to sleep in then don't buy it. The only good thing is the headboard, which seems fine.

Very easy to assemble, not even need to go through the instructions. I am using it for over month now and has no issues. I got the bed with four drawers and the headboard in grey colour and looks great. Mattress is very comfortable and I have very good sleeps. Excellent product that comes at an excellent price!

Bought this to replace sofa bed in spare room for guests coming in a couple of days. One set of castors missing, one clip and one headboard bolt. As needed parts urgently I purchased them on Amazon and seller refunded me the cost instantly. Very happy with the bed and easy to put together. Don't know how comfortable but think it will be ideal. Highly recommended.

We have just bought another one of these beds for our spare room we were that happy with the first. Delivery was faster than expected. Bed not yet assembled but looks just like the first with a lovely head board, drawers and thick mattress. Thank you
