Not much to say really. An Acer laptop battery failed. This replacement item fixed the issue.

Fitted to laptop quite easily. Works well so far no problems. Good service.

I had never replaced a laptop internal battery before but with the help of YouTube and this product I have a working laptop with a good battery. So far so good. Holding a charge well.

Replacement battery was easy to install and worked wonderfully. Saved loads on repair shop costs.

I have an Acer Chromebook 15 CB5-571 which is about 5 years old now, so is naturally deteriorating. The battery (which should provide 7 hours of use after full charge) stopped holding charge and needed to be plugged in at all times to be able to use it. I decided to replace the battery rather than fork out for a new chromebook.This battery arrived quickly, and with the help of an online tutorial, i was able to fit it within 10 minutes, no problem. At first, it was great. I believed my chromebook was as good as new. Unfortunately it only lasted a week. Now the battery drains within 15 minutes of use. When you plug it in, it becomes "fully charged" within 10 minutes, and then drains completely again after another 15 minutes of use. On screen it says that 80% of battery remaining will last another 30 minutes, which is useless. I have tried leaving it on charge for longer to see if that changes anything but it doesnt seem to.I have now bought another replacement of another brand from another company and can only hope that one actually works. Save your money and buy a different brand, or better yet - just invest in a new chromebook with a better battery.
