I do not know if it was done on purpose but in either way it is unacceptable. Either they purposely wrongly advertised or they do not have the proper controls prior delivery.I would normally be happy with the return option but in this case, the item is used for an ongoing personal challenge that I am faced with and I can not afford experiments or even worse manage my situation while not having gloves.For certain items there should be an extra layer of attention given as they are used in sensitive situations.
