After a year of toe pain and futzing around with makeshift tools, I gave up on MacGyvering a solution for my ingrown nail. After a bit of web research, I decided to go with this kit.No, these instruments are not handmade in Switzerland by master craftsmen, but...they seem to be solid, and they sure are priced right. You get a tool to probe and dig the nail out and shmear the ointment in, a clamp to pinch off the bleeding if you puncture an artery, a thin utensil to file down sharp nail corners, shears, clippers, and a case to hold them all.I followed the instructions and soaked the foot right before bedtime. I then fished out the nail edge, hit the pulsating, inflamed toe skin with some triple-antibiotic, and then went to bed. I poop you not, but that single treatment took care of the problem. It was one of those "'why didn't I do this way sooner" outcomes. Totally worth it!

With No Medical Insurance...like most Americans...and not enough money to go to Mexico every time I have a Medical issue.... I decided to perform surgery on my own Toe_I ordered this Set and I am well pleased at the Quality of the steel these tools are made of and they worked great_I stumped my big Toe on a step (wearing my comfy, but ultimately flimsy Crocs) at a place of business_ 2 weeks later it was almost healed but still a bit sore when I repeated the same injury a 2nd time at another business ! ...(again, wearing the comfy Crocs)_ Only this time it hurt extremely bad ! ...I mean it brought me to the ground and I have been limping for 5 Months in pain and my toe has been stinging like a needle has been pricking it !Enough is Enough !I had to do something and I can't afford out of pocket medical expenses so I ordered this Set of Pediatry Tools and went to work on my toe to see just what the Hell was wrong in the 1st place (I didn't have an X-Ray Machine) and then attempt to fix the problem_You know how Gunk can accumulate under a toenail ....so it needs to be cleaned out regularly ? Well....I'm a Guy, so I don't go get pedicures like the ladies do and when I stumped my toe the 2nd time a bunch of Gunk got jammed back into my toenail (like a big wad of nail chip & dead skin and who knows what else) and it was a tight spot causing a lot of pressure on my toe between the Nail & Flesh_ it was like in the middle_I used one of the pics in this kit to edge around my Toe and eliminate the possibility of an ingrown toenail_ Ok, so I narrowed it down to something under the nail and began to dig under the nail....HECK YES IT HURT ! ...but I was able to feel the problem and scoop it out slowly_ it took about 3X to remove it all but my toe is 100% back to normal and the surgery was a success !I recommend this high quality set to anyone who needs to do a toe operation

When my kit came, I was disappointed as there was a duplicate of one tool, while another was missing. The CSR service was friendly and they replied with a sense of urgency, sending out a replacement kit at no extra charge. The kit itself is really decent, the tools are sturdy and the kit is compact and well organized and comes with basic use instructions. I recently developed issues with an ingrown toenail and this kit helps me go above and beyond in working with the prescribed treatment. This product is very well backed by the cutomer service team.

So far, I really like the kit. I was able to get a large, painful piece of the nail from my toe. The only thing not great about the kit so far is the pair of scissors. Other than that, its a great kit, and I am happy I found it.

This kit is great, I've been looking for something to treat my ingrown nails for a while and this is definitely it. I get these almost monthly and this kit makes dealing with that so much easier. It comes with a good variety of tools that are excellent quality, and it also helps with cleaning the nails so much easier. I definitely love this brand and i will keep buying. Also, The price is just right and it's very neatly stored, I recommend this to everyone.

The toenail clippers are not sharp and do not cut the toenail, large of small..... was extremely disappointed. Will look for another set of toenail clippers. The other materials in the kit by themselves are worth keeping and are well designed and easy to handle.

This is not at all a premium product as it is said in its name, actually it is a very low quality one, we just need to throw it away because it can't be used and the metal looks really bad and corroded. I'm so sorry we haven't look at it right after we got it in order to be able to send it back. It's a waste of money, don't buy it. I had two ingrown toenails from a poor pedicure. My two large toes were in so much pain I had to do something. First, I Googled how to take care of them and then headed to Amazon for a kit. Not having had ingrown toenails before, I found this kit included everything recommended in my research and easy to use. The tools are of high quality and the case is excellent way to keep them in good condition.

Excellent Kit and since the NHS Nurses are not allowed to cut my toe nails and even finding a podiatrist is not cheap. Podiatrist's are only available on the NHS for special cases. I find this kit very good money spent. I suffer from very thick and some sometimes ingrown toe nails. All the tools provided do the job!

Good quality. Enabled me to fix ingrowing finger (!) nail. The lifting tool would be better a little small on the flat end but probably works better on toes. Easy to boil to sterilise. File is really useful.

I haven't used the scissors yer, but my impression is that they are of excellent quality, so should do the job.

I found this a useful, well packaged product. Please treat it with respect and pay attention to the advice on hygiene. I don't see why it shouldn't last and give good service for some time. My criticisms would be that more thorough set of instructions would be helpful and some small bottles for lotions and potions could be included.
