The media could not be loaded. I'm impressed with this watch, once I got the phone and my watch talking to each other properly every function it advertised worked as well as it's add said it would. I love being in the middle of doing dishes and getting a call, I don't need to stop what I'm doing to see who's calling, I just look at my wrist. It has passed the waterproof test too. If the phone's not connected for any reason it still tracks everything I need it to. Since losing my ability to work out it has helped me track and pick up on my daily activities. It's become motivational. An added bonus has been tracking my sleep without being uncomfortable because it weighs nothing. It's easy to read, it's durable keeping up with a 5 year old for sure! LoL Don't let the watches charging port scare you it's easier then you think.

I can't even get the watch to turn on. It's been on different chargers for several hours each. I hold and press the contact point and feel a slight vibration, but nothing happens. I wasn't expecting much for the money but I expected it to turn on

Extremely surprised and delighted with the quality of this product! The amount of options available on this fitness tracker are beyond amazing for the price. I couldn't be happier to find out that there are no charger cords to keep track of. You simply attach it to the charger block and charge. The battery life is long lasting, too. My doctor asked me to track my blood pressure, I looked in the store to buy a separate tool for that, but now there is no need to spend that extra money. And who isn't a little bit curious about your pulse oxygen level, now that we are wearing masks all day? This tracker does that too. When I say so many features, I mean it. The list continues and I can't be happier to find all of this in one device for a low price. Those flashy devices are a lot and I can get the same information and tracking features for a much smaller price. Walking in the rain is no longer an issue due to the tracker being waterproof. I'm obsessed with watching my steps and my tracker reminds me when I have been still for too long. I was also amazed at its ability to notify me of my texts and calls. What a steal for the price!

Update!!!!The company reached out and sent me a new one. The new one is a little different then the one we ordered but is working very well!!Very disappointed! I would not recommend! My daughter bought this with a gift card from Christmas. It is hard to get it to actually charge, and lasts about a day before it's dead!

Idk if mine is just broken , but it's very inaccurate with counting my steps. Which is why I bought it in the first place. I could walk to my kitchen from my bedroom and it counts double , sometimes triple the amount of steps I actually took.

This is my 5th time buying this type of watch I love the style and fit, plus it makes a great gift. Only downside is that the location you attach the watch and band to break over time. Overall this watch is fabulous!

Very difficult to remove the band to access charge plates and then very difficult to get it to stay plugged into the charger and the charger into the outlet. Need to reposition the charge plates several times, change chargers and wall electrical sockets in order for it to take a charge. It’s a total piece of crap. In order to access the main face after finally get it charged, I need to depress the button on the back of the watch & scroll through about 10 different settings to get back to main face. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I detest this thing. It doesn’t display the heart bpm monitor unless I scroll through with the button depressed. The button is hard to press and hurts my fingers. I need to look at my phone app in order to read any of the functions. None are accurate except heart rate. Not worth having.UPDATE: Second purchase was easy to set up and all features seem to be functional. Engerwall sellers are amazing to work with, personable and helpful; answering all questions and finding solutions. Thank you for being such conscientious sellers! Much apprecoated.

The picture is very deceiving on the quality of the fitness tracker. First things first, check the app on the Apple Store, it has very few reviews compared to the amount reviews here on Amazon. The app has very few features that you can customize. (Example, you can’t write your own titles for alarms.) The tracker also has very low resolution (think early iPhone models resolution or glitchy tv.) Its also very annoying to navigate with just a single button and no touch screen! I can’t access half of the features! I’ve connected the tracker to my iPhone through Bluetooth and have not received any notifications for calls, email, or text! The only good things are the battery life. The pedometer is way off and the alarms don’t ring on time! Not good quality! Will return!
