My dad was just diagnosed with cancer and has been having to spend more time just sitting in the house. I thought this would be fun for him to see his family and remember why he is fighting. I also sent the code to the entire family too add pictures for him. This made it easier on me on having to add all the pictures like thr older ones I have. He loved the gift. It flips through the pictures so he can see each family members families and also we can add new ones whenever so he can see new ones. He gets excited when they arrived. Great product. Large screen good for older people.

These products are defective. I’ve bought THREE separate Frameos for my family and they all have connection issues. We have to “reset” the WiFi every week for it to successfully connect to the server so we can upload pictures. Mine just flat out stopped working all together and now is just a fancy digital picture book. It’s very frustrating given how expensive these are. Every single one of frameos I have purchased don’t work properly anymore without extensive troubleshooting. So if you’re thinking “my grandma will love this”, think again. Terrible product.

When you have it on to enjoy and then there's a power outage.It says it will mess it up if you unplug it without turning it off first. What happens then? I hope I don't find out.
