Q: How do you take off some of the tread?

Each link has a small metal rod connecting them together at the flexible joint you just take something thin like a straightened out paper clip and simply push the pin out through the hole.

Q: What is the width of the tracks?

The width of the tracks is approximately 1-9/16" or 40 mm. The holes in the tracks to accept the sprocket teeth are approximately 7/8" or 22 mm wide at their widest point. The spaces are about 3 mm x 5 mm. Hope that helps.

Q: What size motor shaft do the hubs fit on?

4mm is about the maximum shaft that will fit in the hub but it has a locking screw so you can go smaller than that if you want. Hope that helps :)

Q: What thread standoffs? (The Brass looking pieces and small bolts)

the standoffs fit a M3 screw and they are about 17 mm or 5/8 " wide.
