A beautiful journey through her art career!
I JUST got this book and only flipped through it at a quick glance because I was so excited, I couldn't just sit down and read the whole thing. Already my art dramatically improved just from looking at the digital coloring tutorial. (You can probably guess I didn't know what the heck I was doing with my art) now I'm coming from a background of amatuar digital artist that started about a year ago. If you're someone who has taken classes or has been doing digital/traditional art for years, I'm 100% positive you can and will improve from looking at some of the tips and tutorials. Now, it isn't filled to the brim with tutorials, its mainly art and her talking about her journey. But I think the journey in itself is like an unspoken lesson. I learned that taking critism isn't an attack and that even if you believe the work you've done is what you were aiming for, you can ALWAYS improve and create something that visually appealing to you and your viewers. The world is your best teacher and exaggerating certain parts help you create your own artistic style.

Cute art book
Doesn’t really teach you much but seeing the art process in this art book is very valuable for starting artist. I overall enjoy it and the cover and the pages are nicely made. Must have

Wow do I feel dumb!!!
LOL funny story with this book: So I ordered this book with a few other books and well I didn't even notice that this book was in the box because it came in a nice cardboard cover and was flipped so I didn't see the words "Lolsh" on it. I thought it was just a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the box and then when I went to review all of the books I got I looked at this and was like "Did I even get that book?" so I re-looked though the boxes and well there it was the "Piece of cardboard" on the bottom of the box that was pretending to be cardboard instead of a book. Other then that its a beautiful book and recommend it to all artist :3

If you're an artist... you'll love this artist's journey called "The Art Of Loish"!
I'm a Loish art fan, but if you don't know her, you'll learn to love her when you read this book. Unlike most artists, she's not afraid of showing where she started... and how she has grown along the way. Her story/journey, from her early art sketches to professional illustrations is absolutely inspiring! And there's more art images in this 151-page book than you usually find, including sketches/storyboards/samples of her progress along the way. Even has short stories about her inspirations, struggles and successes. Plus lots of sharing, including personal tips and tricks, client concepts and a simple tutorial about how she uses Photoshop. If you are a wanna-be digital artist... or just like to look at how another artist works... I think you'll love "The Art of Loish" book. I sure do!:)

Great for new and old artists!
Absolutely love this book!! I love loish as a creator, as an artist, as a person and this book really gives you a look into her process as well as her past as an artist. It's a fun and wonderful book for anyone who loves her style and what she creates. I would recommend this book to any young illustrators or artist interested in a fun and informative book. As for more experienced artist this book is perfect for understanding how she makes her specific work in her style so keep that in mind when purchasing. Still loved this book, great for referencing when I need inspiration and for giving me tips!

A book made to impress
The book came into the mail way sooner from what was predicted. Excellent quality and the prints are mesmerising , Loish sure knows what to do to impress us. I am very satisfied with this buy and it will definitely be used for my pleasure and as guidance since I am an artist myself (not a big one obviously). Recommend this to anyone wanting to learn the journey of Loish as well as to whoever wants to know a few things about the field of art and how Loish creates an actual piece -since in the book she includes material from very early stages of her work to last finishing detail.
