I have a 2 week subscription come to my house. I drink it every day for breakfast. By far the tastiest option for a protein shake for an energy boost without the coffee flavor.

I love slim fast

They're good don't get me wrong. This is my second time getting these. The first time I got chocolate, it tastes like a protien drink, that's pretty much expected. I had surgery a couple days ago, so eating food is super unappealing rn. I've added these to my diet when I can't bring myself to eat anything. The chocolate was pretty alright and so I wanted to try the strawberry, so I ordered strawberry and received vanilla. It's not a big deal since I was probably gonna try this one anyways but still. I was looking forward to trying what I ordered. Vanilla definitely wouldn't have been my first choice.But anyways, it's a decent protien meal replacement shake, good to have when I get the late night cravings. Low calorie and lots of vitimins and minerals. But if your picky on flavors, be sure to check the box before you open it because you might not get the right one!

I needed something that was not complicated with mixing and all that .I needed something that I could afford each each week and not fall off because of cost ..simple ingredients and keeping me a little full and satisfiedI think I found it . I was drinking Atkins but I had to drink two to get the satisfied feeling of a meal replacement..with this Slimfast I only need one ...so that makes me happyI will stay with slimfast for now
