Q: Love the boxes, but the lid doesn’t snap on properly to the medium size box. Please can you replace?

I found the lids on all the boxes difficult to put on in the beginning but I finally discovered the best way to put them on is to place a lid squarely on the box and then put the two clips loosely in place and then smartly press the two clips down sharply at the same time. This works for me every time. I hope this helps.

Q: Why does the photo show that the set of 3 costs €10.99 but Amazon are selling it for £28.99?

Bought mine a good while ago and can't remember what I paid but I would never have paid £28.99 for an untried product. they certainly aren't worth that amount

It will keep out flies if the lid is on. I do not think it would extend life of fruit and vegetables compared to not having them in the container at room temperature. It works well in the fridge.

We use our container for tomatoes, fruit and salads not vegetables - we use open vent for the above.
