Metatones is like meditation and sound therapy on steroids. Each session begins with a recording of your voice. You record positive affirmations on your computer and Metatones does the rest, adding in the overtones of your voice to produce the audio output. It makes my entire body vibrate with good energy and it lasts long after the session is over.
