I bought these honestly because I was just going to take the stands and butcher them to make a light box holder for a photo booth I'm building. But when they came, I can say I was pleasantly surprised with these little lights. Are they high quality? No. For $45, you can't expect fantastic lighting with high quality stands. But they're a lot better than I did expect!The stands are very lightweight - which could be a positive or negative depending on how you look at it. They are not extremely tall, so you won't be using them over overhead lighting. But great if you're sitting down. They do come with swivel head attachments, which probably won't support a heavy attachment, but will definitely save you a $10 bucks a piece off buying them separately if you're using them just for the lights, or for other light weight use.The lights themselves are bright enough. All combined you're likely to get about 3000 lumens total out of them according to the manual (each light is supposedly 1000 lumens). The included filters are OK and will soften the LEDs a little, but you might consider putting a white semi transparent pouch over them or something to soften it even more.The one negative is that the set does not come with a power supply, so make sure you purchase your own supply. I hooked it up to a USB power supply that gives you power draw, and it said that each light draws 1.5amps, so make sure you get a supply that's going to provide at least 2 amps for each light.All in all, if you temper your expectations, I think you'll be pleased with the value of this little set. They'd be perfect for youtube videos, IMO, and honestly I will probably end up using the lights by themselves for the photobooth.

These lights seem to be well made. They work very good and provide a good amount of light for their small size. At the moment I just needed some good lighting for a small size area to get good pictures of items I'm listing for sale and something that would not take up much room when storing. These are perfect. I would even use these in a small to medium photography/video studio and they would be great for many online content creators. I will probably be using this lighting set for some of those purposes as well.

The media could not be loaded. These lights really surprised me in the best way. They’re super bright, lightweight, and easy to set up straight out of the box. I’ve been using them for YouTube content and photography, and the lighting quality is impressive - clean, crisp, and adjustable with plenty of color and brightness options. I love the filter system too! It’s simple but adds a creative touch to my shoots when needed.Assembly was quick and the tripod bases are more stable than I expected. They don’t wobble or tip easily, even on uneven floors. The materials feel solid, not cheap or flimsy, and I appreciate that they come with wall chargers—big plus since many kits don’t.Now, a couple of things to note: the height is definitely on the shorter side. They’re great for tabletop or seated content, but if you need higher angles or overhead lighting, you’ll need to prop them up on something. Also, having three separate tripods is both a pro and a con. It’s versatile, but moving all three around takes a bit of extra effort during setup changes.Overall though, it’s a fantastic buy for the price. If you’re looking to upgrade your lighting setup without breaking the bank, this kit gets the job done beautifully.

These are good lights and are well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these to up my YouTube game and thought the price was perfect. Also, because I am temporarily living overseas, I did not want to purchase something expensive and then it breaks in shipping.They are extremely LIGHTWEIGHT!! You have to be careful after you've set them up because a light wind may knock them over.They don't come with any bricks, so you have to have at least three to run them. The overall adjustments are okay, and the telescoping tripods are fine for certain videos.The lights do adjust pretty brightly, but I am still playing with my setup. Sadly, my last live video was still poorly lit. Again, I am still working on my video setup.I haven't played around with the colorful filters but it's nice to have to experiment later.

These make simple, affordable, and dynamic back lights for any production. They do have to be plugged in, but for the price, these are definitely worth it!

These lights are small but powerful. I love that they are a lot smaller than the standard photography lights which means they take up way less room where you're shooting, and in a cramped studio like mine that means a lot. A couple things I'm disappointed with are 1. there is no remote control, and 2. (I could be wrong, but) I thought I read in the description that it comes with the adapter from USB to standard plug, but they do not.1. The "remote control" is not remote at all. It is attached to the power cord and doesn't come off, so by definition it is not controlled remotely. Not a huge deal for me, but worth noting.2. I have a ton of those Apple adapters lying around so this wasn't an issue for me either, but if you don't have adapters, then it might be annoying.The tripod stands are of lower quality and do not go very high (about 3.5 ft tall). I have other stands, so again it wasn't an issue for me but if this is your first set of lights, you might want to look into taller stands.Overall, for the price, these are great. They save a lot of space and they are actually very bright even though they are small (postcard sized). They came really fast too and packaged well.
