This is one supplement I do not like to do without. It’s being a good source for my immune health by providing the adequate daily requirement for both Zinc and Copper in conjunction with probiotics for the betterment of the gut health. Suffered hair loss in the past and this with desiccated beef spleen greatly improved my hair.

Also wondering why my new bottle has a blue tint to it compared to previous purchases of just white? I don’t feel safe using it.

I have taken this for over a year. Last fall I think something changed. This has given me an upset stomach no matter what I eat prior to taking or water drank. I am going to try a different brand.
