This set of steps in heavy duty and well made, but it was too narrow and too steep for my doxie's comfort. He needs a wider step, and less steps so they are each deeper to step on. Even though he really wanted on the bed he would not transition to using this set of steps,

I am pleased with my purchase but I wish the step width was wider. I have two small dogs and the 5 lb. uses the steps but my 15 lb. will not and I think it's because the steps are so narrow going up. Other than that, the steps are bulit well and very sturdy and I do like the material covering them as it is glued to the steps and does not move around as some loose coverings do. Again, for the price I paid, the width of the steps should have been wider.

A little smaller than I thought but I finally am able to leave the room without having to lift my little Affenpinscher off the bed first.

We have 2 Chihuahuas and they like to jump on and off the bed. It terrified me that they would break a leg. I bought this because it was the nicest one I could find. My dogs are, um, not smart. Within a day (maybe a few hours) of using treats, they were using these. I am happy! No more grabbing them to get them on the bed in the middle of the night. These are sturdy, real sturdy. They are made of thick wood and covered in a carpet that is comforting to the dogs. The do not move, even on a hard surface. They are worth every dollar in my opinion.

I ordered these stairs for my French Bulldog (who is only 16lbs) So she is very small.She is having back issues, so stairs were my next immediate step.When they arrived, I pulled them out and put them right back in the box.Way to narrow, which will scare most dogs, I'm talking NARROW.And the tread and height of stairs are such they would not meet code in any household.Very steep and deep with nowhere to land...These stairs will cause more issues that they can prevent...if you can even get your dog to use them!And, after sending them back, I am told, I have to pay now for the "free shipping" AND the return shipment.I will never purchase through this company again!I expected to pay return shipment, but not the delivery shipments simply because I am returning a poor product.I paid $179 for two pairs of stairs, free shipment.Upon my return....My card was credited $76.00!!!!!!Don't buy with this company. The product is not good and the service is terrible or at least subtle on their return policy.If you want great stairs go to [...].You will pay..but it's worth it and they already let me exchange three items at no charge and it's an amazing product (featured on Martha Stewart).

Great quality. My dog is a small 21 pound dog (dachshund/poodle/terrier mix). This is perfect for her size or smaller.

These stairs are made very, very well and look good. They are excellent and I highly recommend them as good quality.
