Quality is great works well for us

We used these for the plastic roof of our vegetable garden. They were easy to install and holding well. Have been in the open for about a month and some started to show signs of rust. Strong wind had ripped some of them partially before we finished attaching the plastic on all sides. Those seem to be most susceptible to rust - probably because water got inside them. I do not recall them being advertised as outdoor quality, so this is no complaint. I thought that they installed very tightly and smoothly. Looks quite professional. We are very pleased. The price was very nice and the installation tool only $6 here on Amazon.(We used a double sided tape to keep the plastic in place)

They do not fit the grommet machine (Not a mistake in purchase, but poor quality) They smash and are horrible.

I have a custom printing business, specializing in banners. With my grommet machine, these are strong enough to pierce through the material and seal in one go. Helps my clients hang their signs wherever they need to.

I tried to punch them through nylon strap, but it didn't work. I had to cut holes in the strap first. I was going through 2-3 layers of strap which didn't work too well, but I found a solution! Don't use the washers and grommet one side and then grommet through the first grommet from the other side. This works great and is very strong.
