Replacement parts for Xbox One S Console
The parts and tools are excellent. The problem is trying to get the control module off the circuit board without breaking it. You also probably need a soldering gun; so you'll want to look at youtube videos on how to remove the module without breaking it and the circuits on the circuit board.

Not so easy to install but still it works and it's a great value

The tools worked great for the xbox one controller, though they are on the smaller side. The joysticks are comparable and I have not experienced any issues. Some knowledge of the controller is required to swap out parts but there are plenty of youtube videos on it.

Everything needed for controller repair
All the pieces are good, all you need to repair your controller. I used the sensor in the joystick rather than actually soldering the new unit on.

I now have 2 extra controllers that have been fixed from drift because of these parts. Please note soldering is required.
