Refund it
I ask to refund this product because didn't look safe every time I connected to the gas can. It leaked and felt that wasn't the proper way to use it.

like the blow torch easy and safe to use great product

Poor quality product.
The product seems to have a defective connector or valve which results in a leakage. This leak causes the gas to escape and the container to empty even when not in use. We are now forced to look for a better quality blow torch. We have sent message and feedback to the merchant but they so far seem not to care about the customer experience for their products - no luck in terms of getting any acknowledgement or any response.
