Great design... Much easier on Tendons!
Bought a 15 lb pair from Amazon... I love them!... I have been dealing with tennis elbow for over a year... Bicep curls have been painful at best... I got these and because the circular design ( even weight distribution).They work...lateral rotation is far less than a standard dumbbell.. End result my tendon doesn't pop and hurt... I can curl again! Many thanks to Nubell for a great product!!!

This Nubells are amazing, you get a complete difference workout than with traditional dumbells. Your wrists are protected as they work all the muscles in your arms. I am seeing much better results with this Nubells, I am really happy with this purchase.

Great weights
Really comfortable grip during exercises. The weight is very evenly distributed in the hands so I feel like I get more out of it than traditionally shaped dumbbells.

TRUE FITNESS INNOVATION - CONGRATULATIONS NUFIT!!!!
After years, literally thousands of hours of competitive training with dumbbells, a company actually innovates and offers a product made for the body's mechanical movements.Free weights are the "no kidding, time to face what you are made of, steadfast opponent". This is an opponent which never waivers and never gives in, challenging you to try and keep up regardless of how tired you are. But the truth is, there are injuries and wear & tear over time. Muscles grow, but tendons and joints and nerves take the same beating and until now I thought it was all part of the game.The gym only has a set of 5-50lb NuBells, but those I have tried to date are AMAZING! they actually feel heavier because the weight is distributed around your hands, they force you to work harder, but the COMFORT is unreal! they almost feel like a part of your anatomy.I have seen the ladies using them during group exercise and even SPIN! INSANE!!! they were just hanging on the handle bars. I applaud what NuFit is doing for all disciples of the ULTIMATE FIT!I have not been paid for this review, I just am in AWE of how innovative this product is and how in my opinion it will change fitness.
